Joaquim’s Reserve limited-release - only 500 bottles, is made from ancient olive trees and one of Portugal’s rarest native varietals, Cobrançosa (400-600 year old trees). Grown high in the Trás-os-Montes mountains and harvested by hand, it yields an oil that is aromatic, herbaceous, and deeply expressive.
In 2025, it was awarded a Gold Medal at the NYIOOC, the world’s most prestigious competition for extra virgin olive oil.
